The Masterpiece Preschool, founded in the year 2016 by progressive educator Dr. Naveena G Jain, enrolls 100+ students in grade Playgroup through grade Senior Kindergarten. Masterpiece Preschool, located in Vijaynagar, Bangalore seeks motivated students, offers a child-centered curriculum and develops in children a lifelong love of learning and a sense of responsibility that provides a critical foundation for their future.

Dr. Naveena G Jain hails from a business background and is an academician, trainer, education counselor and artist par excellence. She has completed her graduation from Jain University, Bangalore and worked as notable life skills trainer in which she successfully has trained over thousands of teenagers. She has completed her NTT training program and finished her diploma in Child Psychology in the year 2017 and she is also Neuro Linguistic trained and is working towards becoming a Certified NLP trainer. She has started a chain of innovative Pre-schools under the brand name "MASTERPIECE" which focuses on value-based curriculum for the formative years of a child.
She is also a business consultant for startups across sectors such as consumer goods, Agri-tech and education, assisting them in setting up their HR divisions and also providing training to their employees. She is the proud recipient of ‘Best Woman Entrepreneur for 2017-18’ felicitated by Podar Jumbo educational institution. Naveena worked as a Business Head for Kingdom Academy of Specialized Skills (KASS) and was instrumental in implementing a lot of training-based programs under her tenure.
She is currently doing her Masters in social entrepreneurship from IIM Kozhikode and working on her first self-help book for female entrepreneurs.
A passionate public speaker, Naveena loves to take to the stage and address large audiences, mesmerizing and capturing their attention with her charm. She has also worked as a Public speaking trainer for various educational institutions across Bangalore. An avid trekker, Naveena has been a part of expeditions leading to Kedarnath, Kailash- Mansarovar, and Annapoorna Base camp in Nepal. She is spiritually guided by a notable mystic SADHGURU.
She is also a recipient of an honorary doctorate for her contribution in the field of education by world Human Rights commission and it’s recognized by United Nations and Government of India.
